The best way to reach us is by email at hello@giventool.com. There is no contact form, so nothing you send passes through a third-party form service.
What to write about
We read every message. These are the most useful:
- Bug reports: a tool fails, freezes or produces a wrong result.
- Corrections: a guide, preset or reference table no longer matches the official requirement (please include the link to the official page).
- Feature requests: a size limit, format or portal you need a tool or preset for.
- Accessibility problems: anything that does not work with a keyboard, screen reader or zoom.
- Privacy questions about how the site handles data.
What to include
Please do not attach personal files such as passport photos or ID scans. Instead, describe the file: its type, size and dimensions, the tool and settings you used, the exact error message, and your browser and device. That is almost always enough to reproduce the problem.
Response times
We aim to reply within three working days. Corrections to official requirements are prioritised, and fixes usually appear on the site as soon as they are verified. We cannot offer phone support.
Before you write
A few things that solve most problems:
- Make sure you are on a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
- Video and audio tools download a 32 MB engine the first time; a slow connection can make the first run look stuck.
- If a file is rejected, check that its extension matches its real type; renamed files are refused on purpose.
