Some forms accept only images, and slides or posters are easier to share as pictures. Each page is rendered with pdf.js, Mozilla's PDF engine, at the resolution you choose: 72 dpi for screens and chat, 150 dpi for sharp text on screen and everyday printing, 300 dpi for print quality. An A4 page at 150 dpi is about 1240 × 1754 pixels; at 300 dpi about 2480 × 3508.
Pick JPG for scans and photos (smaller files, adjustable quality) or PNG for text and line art that must stay crisp. Convert all pages or only a range such as 1-2. Every page appears with a preview and its own download button, and "Download all as ZIP" saves them together.
If a page is so large that the browser cannot allocate a canvas for it at the chosen resolution, it is rendered at the largest size possible and the result says so.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The file is read and processed by your browser on your device; nothing is sent to a server. You can load the page, switch off Wi-Fi and it still works.
Which resolution should I choose?
150 dpi suits most uses, including printing documents. Use 300 dpi for print jobs with small text or fine detail, and 72 dpi when the images only need to be viewed on a phone.
JPG or PNG?
JPG gives much smaller files for scans and photos. PNG is lossless and keeps text and diagrams perfectly sharp, but the files are larger.
Why does my image look different from the PDF?
Rare PDFs use features pdf.js does not fully support (some forms, uncommon fonts). pdf.js is the engine behind Firefox's built-in PDF viewer, so the result is close to what Firefox shows.
Can I shrink the images to a size limit afterwards?
Yes: open a page image in the image compressor and set a target size such as 200 KB.
